  Worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life! I just had some questions concerning a chain necklace replacement I wanted to buy. The gal that helped me asked if i knew what kind of chain it was and of course I didn't. She sighed and looked at it to see what I needed to buy. I asked her a few more questions and I just got very rude responses back. I finally just said "I'm not arguing with you at all, I just was asking a question". She proceeds to be extremely rude. She finally said the chain you want isn't in stock and it wont be in for at least two weeks. I asked if she wanted my name and number so she could call when it came in. She didn't say anything to answer my question. She just repeated herself "it should be in in maybe two weeks. I just said...ok...thanks and started to leave. As I was walking away I could hear the gal that "helped" me and the three other sales clerks snickering and talking. I just continued to walk and all I could do was shake my head in disgust. I left the store and went strait across the way to Riddles Jewelry where I had excellent costumer service. I would NOT recommend anyone to Zale's in the mall in Watertown, SD.
