  My mother and step-father had two brand new iPhones "set up" through this store. I had to personally reset them both and redo the setup process. They couldn't even get iCloud backups right; one of the easiest things to do with new iPhones. The individual working with my mother told her that all of her photos, contacts, texts and apps were loaded onto her new phone; That was not the case. I had to restore the phone from a previous backup that I had done, thank goodness. After I had done that, my mom had all of her photos, contacts, texts, and apps back... weird how that works. Almost the same exact process applies to my step-father's phone.
