  The staff is very good about all of your gaming needs. They can tell you about most of the games there and give you their opinions on them. They can help cater to your particular interests as well. They are also very quick to help you even if there is a lot of costumers in the store at one time. They do a pretty good job there. I do agree with the other review about trading in games for little return, but really that's just the nature of the game.
